  1、     The deadline for extended abstracts is 20 March,2013.

Please send your extended abstracts as soon as possible by the web of ICMCS-IX or Email（niyunqi@cams.cma.gov.cn）to the ICMCS-IX before the end of the deadline.

2、        Hotel has been reserved for all the participants.

Overseas participants will live in the Hubei Hotel near the CMA.

The domestic participants will live in the Yanxianglou Hotel.

3、           In the hotel hall, there is a registration desk of ICMCS-9, you can register and pay your registration fee if you did not, and take your material including preprints, conference information and yourself chest card of ICMCS-9.

The registration schedule is 14:00-20:00, 26 March, 2013 in the hotel hall . And 7:30-8:30, 27 March, 2013 in the conference hall.

4、         How to get the Hubei Hotel from the Beijing International airport:

Hubei hotel address: 36 Zhong-Guan-Cun South Street, Haidian District

Distance from the Beijing capital international airport to Hubei Hotel: about 33km

How to arrive from the Beijing capital international airport to Hubei hotel:

（1）By taxi:

It takes about one and a half hours by taxi from the Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) to Hubei Hotel directly. The taxi fare is about RMB 120. It is most convenient.

（2）By subways:

Take the Airport Express Railway from the BCIA to Dongzhimen Station (RMB 25/per person), exchange to the subway Line 2 (towards Lama Temple) to Xizhimen Station and then transfer the subway Line 4 (towards Anheqiao North Direction) to the National Library station (RMB 2 yuan). Get off from Exit B, and walk forward 200m to the Hubei Hotel.

Airport Express at Terminal 2: 06:35- 23:10,

Airport Express at Terminal 3: 06:20-22:50.

Subway line 2 at Dongzhimen: 05:23-22:44

Subway line 4 from Xizhimen: 05:35-23:35

Distance from the National Library to Hubei Hotel: about 200m, a 5-mintue walking distance

 All the participants of ICMCS-9:

The ICMCS-9 is coming. We have received 115 abstracts including 64 abstracts from main land of China and 46 abstracts from other countries and regions. But only one third of them have send their extended abstracts and registered (including their registration fees) via the web of ICMCS-9 until now. But the deadline for extended abstracts is 20 March, 2013, and the deadline for registration is 25 March, 2013. In this case, in order to prepare the ICMCS-9 including printing the reprints of ICMCS-9 well and avoid too busy for registration in the afternoon of 26 March and the morning of 27 March, 2013, please send your extended abstracts and register including paying your registration fee before deadlines via the web of ICMCS-9. Thanks for your cooperation and support.
